◆ Respond to emails and requests promptly to avoid project delays.
◆ Ensure all content submitted is free from copyright violations.

◆ Final design files (logos, websites, etc.) will be delivered upon full payment.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
◆ If a project is cancelled by the client after it has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
◆ In cases where work has already been completed, clients may be charged for time spent.
◆ Refunds are not issued once final files have been delivered.
